EPSWMF is a program for windows-based computers that embeds .wmf previews in .eps files. This zip file has a readme which tells you how to set up the program so that you can double-click on a .wmf to embed it into the eps. Very handy.
Crossfont is a shareware program that converts fonts from the Mac to PC format. I have used this on several jobs, and the output was fine. This is a must-have tool for anyone who says "of course we can take a mac disk" and doesn't have a mac.
This is dummy text you can use to comp layouts.
You can use this in pagemaker and freehand. Install in the colors directory.
